A soft and lovely wedding...

Here are the pics from the wedding I mentioned earlier.  It was so pretty!  Imaging what the professional shots will look like.  I am definitely a better florist than a photographer!
It was so soft and pretty with dusty colors, vintage touches and over the top elegance.
The ceremony was outside at the Four Seasons Biltmore in Montecito.  That's the ocean in the background, quite the view don't you think?
I used vintage columns, lovely old iron tables and silver urns filled to bursting with garden flowers.

There were lots of fun details like a birds nest tucked into the underside of the table.
A vintage bottle with a huge Peonies on the table.
We used vintage style wooden pews with fun toss pillows on them.
The aisle decor was great fun...
Old metal pockets filled with flowers, vintage bottles...

Silver sugar and creamer containers with flowers...

Inside,  the room was transformed...
A bit blurry I know but you get the idea...
The fireplace mantle was completely aglow.
The centerpieces were silver platters and bowls overflowing with garden flowers.

Lovely old silver statuary crowned with flowers.
Tall candelabras,
Shorter candelabras,
The chairs had the most fanciful and beautiful covers on them, I want some for my home except the cats I think would love them too... as in to death!
It really was so beautiful...  I just love weddings!!!
Blessings to all of you!

  8. Tricia this is truly an enchanting vision you created for their special day... I particularly loved the Vintage Silver you used to hang some of the bouquets on the pews! It is all so Romantic and creative... no doubt they were beyond delighted with how everything visually enhanced the ceremony and reception. The Man & I eloped and had a Vegas Wedding... since he was definitely "The One" it would have been nice to have the Fairybook Setting to take our vows in... so I always enjoy seeing those types of Weddings that I dreamed about... You did a fabulous job, thanks for sharing it.

Thanks for stopping by with your kind words also, yes, our Health is priceless and I'm so relieved my symptoms were just old age catching up to me. *winks*

  9. Oh my. This is simply amazing!! You must require a fleet of unicorns to haul all your treasures & embellishments on-site. So many small details to delight the eye.

It almost looks like the cats have already "decorated" the chairs:) Love!
